1. OUR SERVICES

4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to:

Attempting to gain unauthorized access
Transmitting harmful software
Interfering with Service operation
Posting illegal, harmful, or misleading content
Using automated systems or bots
Collecting user information for spam or unauthorized purposes
Competing with ANC Insurance Agency using the Services

5. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

We may allow submission of content (“Contributions”). You retain ownership but grant us the rights to use and display your Contributions. You are responsible for your Contributions and must ensure they do not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

By submitting Contributions, you grant ANC Insurance Agency a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your Contributions as part of the Services.

7. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right to monitor, restrict, remove, or refuse access to any content or users at our discretion to protect our Services and comply with laws.

8. TERM AND TERMINATION

These Terms remain effective while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations or other reasons, without prior notice.

9. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. We are not liable for any interruption or loss resulting from these changes.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. You irrevocably consent that the courts of Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Legal Terms.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Informal Negotiations

To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Legal Terms (“Dispute”), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one Party to the other.

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Legal Terms, including its existence, validity, or termination, shall be finally resolved by the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the European Arbitration Chamber (Belgium, Brussels, Avenue Louise, 146) according to the Rules of this ICAC, which shall be part of this clause.

Restrictions: Arbitration shall be limited to the Parties individually. No class-action or representative claims allowed.

Exceptions: Intellectual property disputes, theft or privacy allegations, and injunctive relief claims are excluded from arbitration and shall be decided in court.

12. CORRECTIONS

We may correct errors or update content on the Services at any time without prior notice.

13. DISCLAIMER

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

14. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Services beyond the amount paid by you, if any.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify ANC Insurance Agency against any claims or losses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

16. USER DATA

You are responsible for data you transmit through the Services. We are not liable for any data loss or corruption.

17. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

Electronic communications with ANC Insurance Agency are valid and binding. You consent to receive communications electronically.
